Tell us your venue, event hours, number of connected devices, and the area that needs Wi-Fi. We review cellular suitability, equipment, power, and placement before confirming a booking.
On-site setup, attended support, or equipment rental arrangements are outlined in your quote. Scheduled evening and weekend installations and unattended weekday rentals may be available. Remote support has agreed hours.

How many devices will connect at once, payment platforms, check-in needs, and any uploads, streaming, or guest access.

Setup access, event start/end times, rental dates, collection arrangements, and whether you need on-site attendance.
Know what to expect.
A Wi-Fi network still needs a suitable internet connection. Cellular signal and carrier congestion affect performance, particularly at busy events. We cannot promise service at every venue, fixed speeds, or uninterrupted transactions.
Large crowds do not automatically mean every attendee can connect. We assess connected-device counts, coverage, and usage before agreeing to a deployment. Any backup connection or failover capability must be specified in your quote.
Event Wi-Fi rentals from $249.
Starting at $249 for a one-day basic rental. Includes preconfigured Wi-Fi equipment, cellular internet service, connection instructions, and limited remote support during agreed hours. Customer-supplied power is required.
Free delivery and collection within 15 driving miles of our Oregon City dispatch location. Over 15–20 driving miles: $99 total. Beyond 20 miles: custom quote or shipping. Outbound and return shipping are quoted separately.
Optional installation from $200 extra includes equipment placement, a connection check, and basic device assistance. Any applicable delivery charge is separate. On-site attendance and expanded coverage are quoted individually.
