PDX EVENT WiFi · LOCALLY OWNED
Local people.
Practical connectivity.
Based in Oregon City, serving events and temporary business locations throughout the greater Portland metro area.
Built from hands-on experience.
PDX Event WiFi is part of Filamore Media LLC. Founder Jon Bascos brings hands-on IT experience installing network equipment, supporting users, and troubleshooting connectivity at real workplaces.
That experience shapes our approach: understand what you need to accomplish, check what the location can support, and recommend a practical setup with clear expectations.
We understand vendor life.
Through our own market experience with Filamore 3D Prints, we know how much vendors depend on a working connection to take payments and run their booths. Vendor markets and pop-ups are a central focus of our service.
We look beyond the event.
The same need for temporary connectivity exists at pop-up shops, construction trailers, temporary offices, and businesses waiting for permanent internet. We review each location and use case before recommending equipment.
How we work
Listen first
We ask about your location, dates, devices, and essential tasks before recommending a setup.
Be clear
Your quote sets out rental dates, equipment, deployment arrangements, support hours, and any travel charges.
Stay practical
We explain cellular limitations and assess suitability. We recommend service based on what your location and available equipment can support.
A local service with planned support.
We offer scheduled evening and weekend installations, plus unattended weekday rentals where suitable. Remote support is limited to the hours agreed in your quote. We confirm availability and arrangements before accepting a booking.
Our primary service area is the greater Portland metro, with Oregon City and Clackamas close to home. Travel fees may apply to longer-distance deployments.
Let’s talk about what you need.
Whether you’re planning a market booth or opening a temporary workspace, start with your location, dates, and the devices you need connected.
